The role
We are hiring a Founding Frontend Engineer to be the tip of the spear for turning Worktrace AI’s ambitious product vision into reality. In this role, you will be a key part of the founding team—ideating, prototyping, and ultimately shipping frontend experiences in cutting-edge AI products. Along with building, you will identify key areas for engineering investment, build the technical foundation as we scale, and lead by example to build a healthy and strong engineering culture.
What you’ll do
Collaborate with Design, Research and Backend Engineering to build novel AI experiences
Build beautiful, production-ready desktop and web experiences with React, Typescript, and CSS
Set the talent and culture standards for Worktrace AI’s engineering team
You’ll excel in this role if you
Have 3-5 years of professional experience as a frontend engineer
Are proficient with React and TypeScript, or another modern framework with willingness to learn React
Have solid experience with CSS
Have a strong sense for clean design, accessibility, and polished experiences
Love rapidly building user-facing products in a fast-paced environment
Find joy in delivering AI magic moments to users
